Box Office Hub Learning Terms of Use
The terms of use apply to online learning programs deployed by Box Office Hub herein referred to as "we", "us" or "Box Office Hub".

The terms of use do not replace the privacy policy and website disclaimer that applies to the online learning course. We advise that you carefully read the terms of use before undertaking any course on our platform. Where there is a conflict between our privacy policies, website disclaimer and course-specific terms of use, the terms applicable to the relevant activity shall suffice.
By clicking on ACCEPT, you become bound by this agreement and if you do not agree with our terms of use, please cancel to discontinue to the registration process.
1.0 General Definitions
Confidential Information: This means any information that is either written, recorded, graphic or in any other form that refers to any business, organization, individual, or institution which is made available through the online learning program which is not available in the public domain.
Course material: this means any information provided in soft or hard copy by Box Office Hub or her partners or collaborators as part of the learning program.
Fees: means the amount that is paid by you to Box Office Hub for any course or program online.
Intellectual Property Rights: means the rights relating to confidential information, copyright, trademark, design, patents, and original contents developed by Box Office Hub and her partners.
Online Course: means the course, modules, lessons, and programs delivered over the learning platform of Box Office Hub.
Services: means the delivery of online learning, courses and programs which shall be organised and provisioned at different intervals.
Website: means www.boxofficehub.ng and learn.boxofficehub.ng
You: means the individual, group or entity purchasing the services.
2. The Services
2.1 The service refers to the name, scope and timeline of services to be delivered on our website. Box Office Hub provides the skills and expertise to effectively provide the services.
2.2 Box Office Hub reserves the right to change, modify or withdraw any of the services without prior notice.
2.3 Box Office Hub requires that you understand the nature of service and its potential impact on your needs before purchasing the services. We do not guarantee any particular outcome upon completion of the training.
3. Ordering Services
Website Purchase
3.1. You must first register on the website to subscribe for any of the services. Those who have already registered will need to login to make a purchase.
3.2 Purchase of any of our services will be taken to mean willingness to comply with the terms of use. We reserve the right to decline, cancel or pend your order subject to confirmation given 3.4 below.
3.3 Upon placing your order for any services online, you will receive an email confirmation of order receipt.
3.4 A legal agreement becomes binding between us and you when (i) we have accepted your order and (ii) you have made payment and such payment is confirmed for paid services only.
3.5 Order for multiple online courses will be treated independently and acceptance of one order does not imply acceptance of other orders.
4.0 Cancellation and Variation
4.1 You will have a window period of 24 hours to cancel your subscription. However, you will not have the right to cancel the order for a course you have started.
4.2 Apart from clause 4.1 above, you do not have any other right to cancellation. However, we have the right to cancel and vary courses at our discretion.
5.0 Fees
5.1. The fees for any of the courses shall be set on the website as part of the course/program description.
5.2 The fees to be paid shall be exclusive of VAT, cost of materials, certificate and delivery cost unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Box Office Hub shall not be liable for any fees, error or issues relating to the use of your debit or credit card to make payment online.
5.4 All fees must be paid in full before commencement of the course. No part payment shall be considered as a commitment to participating in the online course.
6.0 Liability
6.1 While we seek to provide quality learning that meets the global standard, Box Office Hub and her partners, trainers or collaborators does not accept liability for (i) any misleading information, views or opinion that may be relied upon by the user of such information (ii) loss of data or data corruption (iii) loss in business revenue, goodwill or profit (iv) loss arising from breach of the terms of use.
6.2 Unless it is expressly expressed, the service does not include any form of the condition, warranties or guarantees. We only assure good quality of service and conformance of the overall learning program to the learning objectives.
6.3 No aspect of this agreement shall limit or exclude the liability of Box Office Hub for (i) death caused by negligence (ii) fraudulent misrepresentation and (iii) any matter which may not be limited or excluded under the Nigerian Constitution.
6.4 We shall not entertain any claims brought after 2 weeks from the date the service was provided or cease to be provided by Box Office Hub.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Whether written, adapted or unprinted, the intellectual Property Rights to the course videos, materials and contents remain the intellectual property of Box Office Hub and her partners/collaborators on such learning materials.
7.2 You are not authorized to copy, reproduce, modify, republish, sublicense, broadcast, post, distribute, transmit, sell, record on audio or video, reuse the material for any other training, remove the copyright notice, adapt a part or all the contents, decompile, disassemble, translate or reengineer the content without express written approval from Box Office Hub. A breach shall necessitate the suspension of service and any other relevant legal action.
7.3 You will have a non-transferable, limited and nonexclusive license to access the services on the website to complete your learning program.
8.0 Confidentiality
8.1 All information shared by the parties shall be treated with strict confidentiality.
8.2 Either party may disclose shared information with legal aids and advisors in other to get relevant professional advice.
8.3 The confidentiality clause shall not be terminated after irrespective of the status of the terms of use.
9. Termination
9.1 Box Office Hub reserves the right to terminate the terms of use subject to your (i) failure to pay dues (ii) unprofessional and unethical conduct including harassment, offensiveness, bullying, cheating etc. (iii) display of criminal tendencies including acts of scamming participants (iv) willful breach of the terms and conditions.
9.2 Upon termination, the cause on intellectual property rights, liability, confidentiality and restrictions shall continue to apply.
10. Assignment
10.1 The services provided to you with reference to these terms of use cannot be assigned or transferred to a third party.
10.2 Box Office Hub reserves the right to assign the terms of use to any other collaborator, partner or organisation without prior notice.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1 These terms of use and other associated privacy policies and documents supersede any prior agreements reached between the parties.
11.2 You covenant to enter this agreement willfully, voluntarily without any form of misconceptions.
11.3 No part of these clauses shall limit liability in the case of fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Force Majeure
12.1 Box Office Hub shall not be liable to you or your organisation for any breach or termination arising from factors, developments or forces beyond its control including flood, fire, Acts of God, delay caused by content creators/trainers, issues with general internet service, the delay from collaborators, change in government regulation and issues with collaborators.
13. Assignment
Box Office Hub reserves the right to transfer, assign or subcontract any of our obligations, right or duties to a third party at our discretion.
14. Data Protection
14.1 The scope of service to be provided includes obtaining, utilising and disclosing (Herein described as ‘Use’) certain information about you (Herein referred to as ‘Data’). By subscribing to and paying for the service, you agree to our Use of Data principles.
14.2 You agree to allow us to store the information you provide during registration to contact you, engage you during and after the course, and share reports with our partners/collaborators.
14.3 The data you provide may also be aggregated in responding to survey questions by different stakeholders as required to improve entrepreneurship landscape.
14.2 For quality assurance and security purposes, we aggregate certain information about your operating system, browser version, IP address, URL and domain name, including other relevant information to improve performance, quality of service and security of the platform.
14.3 Sensitive information such as your password, User ID and Session Identifiers will be used to check service utilisation, service development and improve overall product access.
14.4 While our products may refer to third party websites, we will not be responsible for their data policies and procedures.
14.5 Box Office Hub shall take effective measures to protect your personal data using encryption technology. However, we do not offer a guarantee for the security of data and will not be liable for any security breach.

15. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of use are subject to Nigerian Law as derived from the English Law and all parties covenant to submit to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian court with a dispute regarding this agreement.
